RockFlame2 Theme

This version now uses the "Custom Statusbar" feature due in the next release. As far as I am a well the statusbar works with most themes. However the WPS and statusbar should be ran together. I have made a few modifications to tags shown. You can now see the songs genre and encoding rate. The theme works well with most fonts sized 8 and smaller as well as the size 9 font Terminus. Works with current dev build Works with release 4.0
