Ported from ipod photo to ipod classic/video by me. Green version including sbs. Uses higher-res ubuntu breath-media icons (from breath icon team via wikimedia commons), improved smoothness and resolution for volume slider, added battery meter, and made green. Works with current dev build Works with release 4.0
