Just resized and rearranged elements for 320x240 resolution (tried to keep relative proportions of things the same). Changed codec information icons from bitmap to drawn elements. Reuploaded again, to fix shuffle/repeat icon, hold icon and hdd icon! Works with current dev build Works with release 4.0
