Original 128x128 theme by Toby Davies. Converted to 320x240. Added "hold" icons (from crystal clear iconset on wikimedia commons) and improved play mode icons (derived from GTK icon set at wikimedia commons). Uses font dosis-semibold from 1001 fonts, SIL open font licence. Doesn't work with current build Works with release 4.0
