Playmode icon from cabbie theme. [added backdrop, rearranged info to be more logical, added more translation support, added replay gain, changed default fonts, added support for no cover art case]. V1.2 replaced more text with icons. Shuffle/repeat icons from theme absoluteblack by Oliver Krause, vol icon by me, batt icon based on one from "smart" theme. V1.3 tiny fix to use full available width for next-track name. Purple version. Works with current build Works with release 3.14
